The Green School, also known as The Green School for Girls, is in an all girls comprehensive school located in Isleworth, Middlesex. The schools offers an above-average education with a non-denominational Christian focus. As of 2005, the school had 795 pupils.[1]

The most recent Ofsted report found that "harmonious relationships, excellent behaviour and diligent application combine to make this a school where girls feel very happy and safe... Teaching and learning are good and pupils achieve well. Standards are above average... The personal development of the girls, including their spiritual, moral, social and cultural development, is outstanding."[1]

In October 2008, the headmistress Mrs Butterfield was taken to an employment tribunal and branded a "bully" by a former employee who claimed she was unfairly dismissed. Diane Harcourt, who was the school's bursar, claimed "the 'victimisation' was so bad she suffered insomnia, swollen joints and even nausea".[2]
